All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched from Freya's studio.
As each piece varies in size, weight and destination, shipping costs are calculated using a standard rate at checkout. Should a commission or larger work require a different shipping method, this will be discussed and confirmed with the client before dispatch.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days for ready-to-ship pieces. Made-to-order works are shipped once complete, in accordance with the estimated lead time provided at the time of purchase.
Every order is securely packaged and sent using a tracked and insured delivery service where available.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
