Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or has been supplied in error.

Made-to-Order & Commissioned Works

Made-to-order and bespoke commissioned pieces are created specifically for the client and are therefore non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty.

If you have any concerns about your commission, please get in touch and every effort will be made to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact freyajeavonsdesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.

Where appropriate, repairs, replacements or refunds will be arranged in accordance with UK consumer law.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

All pieces are designed and handcrafted by Freya Jeavons and are sold subject to availability.

Handmade Nature

Every piece is individually handcrafted. Variations in texture, finish, patina and form are part of the making process and should not be considered faults. These characteristics contribute to the uniqueness of each work.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Payment is required in full before ready-to-ship items are dispatched.

A 50% deposit is required for made-to-order and commissioned works, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using tracked services where available.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Freya Jeavons is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or circumstances beyond their control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text and artwork displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Freya Jeavons and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
